Refund & Return Policy

We want you and your pup to be happy with your purchase! If something isn’t right, here’s how returns and refunds work.

Returns

  • We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

  • To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

  • Items showing signs of use, damage caused by the customer, or missing original packaging may not be eligible for a refund.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, the following items cannot be returned:

  • Used pet toys, chews, or grooming items

  • Clearance or final sale items

  • Gift cards

Return Shipping

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we are not responsible for lost return shipments.

Refunds

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Refunds may take additional time to appear depending on your bank or card issuer.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • A clear photo or video showing the issue

We will review the issue and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

Incorrect or Missing Items

If you received the wrong item or part of your order is missing, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll make it right.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you’d like a different item, please return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
